Heels are welcome in every class (except Intro to Pole). Unsure of your level? Contact us to book an assessment. If you already have some experience on the pole but aren’t sure if a particular class is right for you, just ask!

Intro to Pole
Curious about pole dancing? This class is your perfect entry point! You’ll learn the essentials: how to walk confidently, create momentum, and master a few basic spins and moves. Plus, dive into the rich history of pole dance and its roots in the art of striptease. This foundational class is mandatory for all first-timers and can be repeated as many times as you like.

Intro to Inversions
Get ready to flip upside down! This class teaches you how to safely drop and lift into inverted positions. It’s perfect for students transitioning from Beginner Tricks to Intermediate Tricks. This class can be repeated as many times as needed until you feel confident with your inversions.
Prerequisite: Must be comfortable with basic climb and pole sit.

Advanced Tricks (Heels Welcome)
In this class, you’ll learn advanced pole tricks and combinations, such as Ayesha and Pegasus.
Prerequisite: Must be comfortable with aerial inversions, leg hangs, superman, shoulder mount, and butterfly.

Intermediate Flow (Heels & Knee Pads Recommended)
Learn a 3-week routine in heels featuring more complex moves, transitions, and a focus on heel technique.
Prerequisite: Must have taken at least 3 Beginner Flow classes and be comfortable holding your weight in your hands.

Edgework & Flow
In this class, you’ll learn short sequences that incorporate edgework elements, focusing on control, precision, and fluid transitions. Students must be comfortable dancing in heels. Sandals are preferred, but boots are also acceptable.
Prerequisite: Students must have completed at least 5 beginner tricks classes and be able to hold their body weight with their hands.

Conditioning for Pole
This class combines targeted exercises on and off the pole to enhance your power, control, and body awareness. Expect a mix of drills, conditioning circuits, and pole-specific training designed to support your tricks, transitions, and flow. Open to all levels—whether you’re laying a strong foundation or fine-tuning your strength for your pole goals.

Beginner Tricks (Heels Welcome)
Learn to safely execute moves on the pole! In this class, you’ll master spins, pirouettes, pole sits, climbing, and other beginner-level pole techniques.
Prerequisite: Must have attended at least one Intro to Pole class or the equivalent.

Intermediate Tricks (Heels Welcome)
Build on your pole skills! In this class, you’ll learn to safely perform intermediate-level moves and work towards shoulder mounts and aerial inverts.
Prerequisite: Must be comfortable executing beginner-level spins, pirouettes, pole sits, climbing, and drop-down inversions.

Floorwork (Heels & Knee Pads Recommended)
Explore the art of floor movement! In this class, you’ll learn leg work, shoulder rolls, and other foundational floor techniques.

Low Flow (All Levels, Heels Recommended)
In this class, you'll master short sequences that focus on using the lower half of the pole.
Prerequisite: Must have attended at least three Beginner Tricks classes.

No-Invert Combos (Heels Welcome)
Focus on your pole combinations without inversions! In this class, you’ll safely execute intermediate-level combos without lifting into inversions.
Prerequisite: Must be at ease with pole sits, climbing, and intermediate grips, including bracket grip, split grip, and forearm grip.

Low Flow Spin (Beginner Plus, Heels Welcome)
This is a sequence-based spin low flow heels class that invites you to explore intentional transitions and the magic of the in-between. Designed for dancers who want to refine their fluidity, control, and presence, this class focuses on using the heels to initiate and control spin/momentum.
Prerequisites: Students must have completed at least 5 beginner tricks classes and be able to hold their body weight with their hands.

Intermediate Spin Combos (Heels Welcome)
This class focuses on learning dynamic spin combinations that challenge your coordination, strength, and flow. You’ll explore sequences that blend spins, transitions, and momentum-driven movement, all designed to refine your technique and build endurance. Perfect for dancers who want to expand their spin vocabulary while maintaining fluidity and control.
Prerequisite: Student must be comfortable inverting from the floor and with their inside and outside leg hangs.

New to heels and flow? This class is for you! Learn a short routine in heels combining steps and transitions from Beginner Tricks, taught over 3 weeks.

Enhance your flexibility with guided stretching sessions. Each class focuses on different skills, such as backbends or splits weekly.

Take this opportunity to work on your skills at your own pace! Whether you're refining technique, exploring choreography, or just getting in some freestyle time, this is your space. Please be mindful of others and always prioritize safety. Most importantly—have fun!
